1、 Brief introduction of α-β valve
α-β阀是一种高度工程化的阀门，用于对无菌粉体产品或对人体有危害产品的密闭输送，转
动起到保护操作人员的人身安全及减少产品交叉污染的作用。主要应用如：隔离器装/卸料，反应
器装/卸料、密闭条件下的配料、研磨、取样、IBC 转运等场合。
Α-β valve is a kind of highly engineering valve, which is used for airtight
transportation and rotation of sterile powder products or products harmful to human body.
It can protect the personal safety of operators and reduce cross contamination of products.
The main applications include: isolator loading / unloading, reactor loading / unloading,
batching under closed conditions, grinding, sampling, IBC transfer, etc.
αβ阀还设计有密闭式的在位清洗工艺的功能。可以装配附件，以便清洁阀门本身，所属的设
备或容器，例如：ASTS(无菌胶塞转运系统)或 IBC 料桶或罐。
The α β valve also has the function of closed in place cleaning process. Accessories
can be assembled to clean the valve itself, the equipment or container to which it belongs,
such as asts (sterile rubber transfer system) or IBC bucket or tank.
标准的αβ阀由两个独立的阀组成，一个为主动阀（以下称主阀），另一个为被动阀（以下称
副阀），每一个阀（主阀和副阀）军设计用于安装产品规格范围内的任何数量的另一匹配件，例如：
一个 100mm 的被动阀可以装配许多个 100mm 的压力级或非压力级的主动阀。两个阀瓣（主阀和副阀）
沿同一个旋转轴匹配在一起。通过一个位于阀瓣外沿的金属对金属的密封件来实现阀板之间的密封。

The standard αβ valve consists of two independent valves, one is the active valve
(hereinafter referred to as the main valve), and the other is the passive valve (hereinafter
referred to as the auxiliary valve). Each valve (main valve and auxiliary valve) is designed
to install any number of other accessories within the product specification range. For
example, a 100 mm passive valve can be equipped with many active valves with pressure or
non pressure levels of 100 mm. The two discs (main and secondary) are matched together
along the same axis of rotation. The seal between the valve plates is achieved by a metal
to metal seal located on the outer edge of the disc. The disc is placed radially on the
disc sealing face through the concave assembly. The disc and shaft of each assembly are
solid one-piece design to avoid cracks and increase strength.
αβ阀的阀座密封件是一样的，未结合在一起，便于拆卸、清洗和更换。所有的阀座由符合 FDA
要求的弹性材料制成。主阀和副阀均带有安全联锁装置，在正常操作条件下，可防止相应组件上的
阀瓣非正常打开。
αβ valve seat seals are the same, not combined together, easy to remove, clean and
replace. All seats are made of elastomeric material that meets FDA requirements. The main
valve and auxiliary valve are equipped with safety interlock device, which can prevent
abnormal opening of valve disc on corresponding components under normal operation
conditions.
2αβ阀可才采用手柄或自动操作方式。在副阀的外径和主阀的内径之间有导向定位设计，这样
无论以手动方式还是采用自动下降装置，均可使副阀能够很方便的与主阀组装起来，同时副阀只能
以一种径向移动的方式停靠在主阀上。但是，可以采用与所输送的物料相适应的任何一种角度使用
整个分体阀系统。
αβvalve can be operated by handle or automatic. There is a guiding and positioning
design between the outer diameter of the auxiliary valve and the inner diameter of the
main valve. In this way, the auxiliary valve can be easily assembled with the main valve
either by manual mode or by automatic lowering device. At the same time, the auxiliary
valve can only dock on the main valve in a radial movement way. However, the entire split
valve system can be used at any angle suitable for the material being transported.

αβ valve adopts pressure or non pressure level variables, and has various accessories,
such as: pressure plug, in place sterilization part, in place cleaning part, safety plug
and safety cover. IBC tanks can also be provided and installed on the passive parts to
transfer materials in a closed manner between various process equipment or to different
processing areas
